CredenShare in your browser
The CredenShare extension for Chrome and Firefox creates an end-to-end encrypted share or SecurePaste from your toolbar, and keeps fifteen developer tools one click away. The tools work without an account.

Link and QR code fields
Add a Link field your recipient opens in one click, or a QR code field their phone can scan. The Wi-Fi option turns a network name and password into a code that lets a phone join the network.
Passphrases and PINs
The password generator now also makes passphrases from the EFF word list and numeric PINs, and shows how strong each one is in bits. Use it from any password field in the share editor, or under Tools.
Activity emails
Choose, per share, to be emailed when it is opened, when someone is refused access, when it expires, or when someone else deletes it. The emails go to the address on your account, not the recipient’s.
Link scanners are labelled
Access history now labels visits it recognises as link scanners and chat previews — Slack, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Safe Links, Proofpoint and others — so an automatic check is not mistaken for your recipient opening the share.
Require two-factor authentication in a team
Team owners can require every member to use two-factor authentication, with a grace period of up to 14 days. Members without it are reminded during the grace period, then need to turn it on before they can use the team again. Owners and admins see who has it on in the member list.
Available on Basic, Plus, Business and Enterprise. See Plans and limits.

Safer email changes
Changing your sign-in email now takes a code sent to your current address and one sent to the new address, and your old address keeps working until the new one is confirmed.

Clear a single request submission
Expire one submission once you have used it, without deleting the whole request and everything else submitted to it.
Available on Business and Enterprise. See Plans and limits.

API access, webhooks and an MCP server
Create and manage shares from your own systems with an API key, subscribe to signed webhooks for events like a share being viewed or a request being answered, and connect an AI agent through the hosted MCP server. Encryption still happens on your side — the open-source SDKs for Python, Node, Go and Rust do it for you, so your content reaches us already encrypted.

End-to-end encryption, on every plan
Shares, pastes and request submissions made in the web app are now encrypted in your browser before they reach us, and the key travels inside the link rather than on our servers, so we can't read the fields you encrypt. A share's title and description stay readable, so your dashboard can list them. Keep links whole when you send them: the part after the # is the key.
Zero-knowledge custody
Set an encryption passphrase and your dashboard can rebuild links for your own shares on any device, without the original link. Teams get a shared key so members can open each other’s content. We store these keys only sealed with your passphrase or your team’s key, which we can’t open.
Available on Business and Enterprise. See Plans and limits.
9 August 2026
A completely rebuilt CredenShare
The app has been redesigned from the ground up — faster share and request lists, a cleaner dashboard, and a command palette (Ctrl/⌘ K) to jump anywhere instantly.
Stronger account security
Two-factor authentication now supports authenticator apps and email codes, sessions stay signed in reliably, and the dashboard has a one-click emergency option to expire all your active shares.
SecurePaste upgrades
Pastes can carry an optional filename, and recipients get a Download button alongside the copy action. The public paste page is faster and works without an account.
Secure Requests, refined
Request credentials through encrypted forms with per-form passwords, expiry windows, and email notifications — with clearer controls for editing and removing protection.
Available on Business and Enterprise. See Plans and limits.
Team workspaces
Switch between personal and team workspaces, invite members with role-based access, and manage seats directly from the Subscription tab.
Available on Basic, Plus, Business and Enterprise. See Plans and limits.
Field Templates
Define reusable field layouts for your organization — new shares and requests start from a consistent template instead of an empty form.
Available on Business and Enterprise. See Plans and limits.
Custom branding
Put your logo and brand colors on the pages your recipients see — shares, pastes, and secure request forms.
Available on Business and Enterprise. See Plans and limits.
Built-in developer tools
A free toolbox under Tools: hash and HMAC generators, JWT decoder, Base64, JSON⇄YAML, CSP and .env generators — all running locally in your browser.
